TOKYO, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- Neisi Patricia Dajomes Barrera from Ecuador claimed the gold medal in weightlifting women's 76kg division at the Tokyo Olympic Games here on Sunday.
Barrera lifted 118kg in the snatch and 145kg in the clean and jerk for a match-leading total of 263kg.
Katherine Elizabeth Nye of the United States bagged a silver with 249kg. The bronze medal went to Mexican Aremi Fuentes Zavala, who tallied 245kg. Enditem
